What does "Back Order Available" mean on Games Workshop products?
Back order available means we currently do not have this product in stock at Narthex, but it is available on back order from Games Workshop through ourselves.
This is because Narthex puts in a weekly order with Games Workshop every Monday morning and we will attempt to order your product in then for you.
Where is my pre-order?
Pre-orders release on a certain day of a certain month, for example with Games Workshop, pre-orders go live on Saturday, two weeks later, that pre-order is then released to the public, this release day will be the day your pre-order is available for either collection or it will be shipped on release day.
(Please note, if you have selected collection for your pre-order we will notify you when your pre-order is ready for collection)
(Please note, if you have selected shipping for your pre-order, you will receive an email notification from Shopify stating your pre-order has been dispatched)

General Information
Is Narthex disabled friendly?
We are committed to making Narthex disabled friendly, that being said, with our location there are some aspects out of our control, so please bare with us as we explain this.
In terms of layout in the store, we have set it up so there is direct access to get in the door and browse the shop, there is plenty of room whether you are on a scooter, in a wheelchair or on crutches.
There is also direct access to our disabled friendly toilet we have at the back shop with plenty of room to get to it and to get around inside.
The only downside we have due to location is there is no smooth pathway in to the store, it goes from pathway to rocks for the car pack and then back to pathway, however to get around this dilemma, if you contact Narthex ahead of time, we can keep the one parking space outside of the shop clear for you to park up and then its smooth pathway directly in to the store.
Is Narthex dog friendly?
Of course, we here at Narthex love dogs and we bring our own dogs in to the store from time to time, please be mindful of a couple of things if you do bring dogs in to the store.
They must be kept on leads and we always ask people playing in the store if they are allergic to dogs.
Other than that, we keep a filled water bowl outside the store for any thirsty pups as well.
