Shipping policy

Goods are dispatched via the customers chosen method. We generally used Royal Mail 2^nd Class Small Parcel signed for as this offers us the most cost effective means of shipping.

For those orders over 2kg we either use Royal Mail Medium Parcel or UPS.

Once the goods have been dispatched by the customers chosen delivery method to the customers chosen address we are not responsible for any delays, lost items or misrouted orders.

We will gladly work with the customer in getting issues resolved and in the event of a lost order being confirmed by the delivery company we will replace or refund the goods and seek a refund from the delivery company.

We currently only ship to the UK.

We also offer a free shipping offer on all orders over £50.
