The Falchion was originally designed to engage gargantuan enemies. With a potent mounted neutron wave cannon, it’s capable of inflicting catastrophic damage on even the heaviest of armoured foes. Developed from the Falchion chassis, the Ascalon instead mounts an inferno gun similar to those found on titans of the Collegia Titanica.

This multipart plastic kit builds two super-heavy tanks for your Legiones Astartes armies in games of Legions Imperialis. Each vehicle can be assembled either as a Falchion bearing a neutron wave cannon, to take out your opponent’s heaviest units, or as an Ascalon with a flame-spewing inferno gun. Whichever variant you choose, these tanks are capable of turning the tide of any battle.

Both versions are equipped with your choice of sponson-mounted laser destroyers, quad heavy bolters, or quad lascannons. They can also be built with a closed hatch, or an open hatch with either a crew member, or a gunner with a pintle-mounted multi-melta or heavy bolter.

This kit is supplied with 1x Legion Vehicle Transfer Sheet, containing 1,130 high-quality waterslide transfers to decorate your miniatures. There are icons for each of the 18 Legions in the Horus Heresy, along with numerals and honour markings.

This kit comprises 104 plastic components. These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Rules for using these miniatures in your games of Legions Imperialis can be found in Journal Strategia – The Ruin of the Salamanders, which is available separately.
